Do I need a referral to start physical therapy? +
In Idaho, you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral for up to 42 days (direct access). After that period, a referral may be required depending on your insurance.
How long is a typical appointment? +
Initial evaluations typically run 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are usually 45–60 minutes depending on your treatment plan. Your therapist will let you know what to expect at your first visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment? +
Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI reports), and a list of medications. If you received a referral, bring that too. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the injured area.
How do I pay my bill online? +
You can pay your bill securely online through our Patient Portal. If you have questions, call us at 208-624-4008 and our billing team will be happy to help.
Do you accept my insurance? +
We accept nearly all major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, SelectHealth, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Worker's Compensation, and more. Call us to verify your specific plan.
